Returns & Exchanges

Return: Our products are huge and attracts high shipping fee, in case of return, buyer is liable to pay freight charges for both sides as per freight copy provided by Honeydew Overseas. Return needs to be requested within 24 hours from the receipt of the product. In-transit cancellations are also liable for both side shipping fee. 

Exchange: In case of damage of products, Honeydew Overseas is responsible for the pick-up and then repair or replacement of the products at their discretion. Also, same design will be replaced/repaired and in case of change of design, courier fee will be charged for both sides. All damages needs to be reported within 3 working days of the receipt of product.

Note: No exchange in case of any customized or imported designs.
