Delivery Information

We aim to deliver the products within 3-10 working days, however since all the products are made-to-order hence in few cases there might be some delays due to operational challenges. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.

Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.

If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery mailing hours.

PACKAGING

All products are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile products are packed safely in high quality boxes which secure the package. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package upon delivery looks tampered with or the product is damaged, contact us at our Customer Service at +91 8750715599.
